Japan helps Hanoi to improve efficiency management in drain building
Reputy representative of JICA in VietNam – Mr Kobayashi Ryutaro said that Hanoi is in the fast process of urbanization, if infrustructure is not improved ,it will be directly influenced to living.
Project “improving efficiency management in buiding drain for Hanoi City” 2nd stage has just signed in the morning of 9th August between Hanoi Construction Bureau and Yokohama city (Japan)’s creative environment administration.
In the ceremony, Director of creative environment administration of Yokohama city – Mr Nomura Norihiko said, project “improving efficiency management in buiding drain for Hanoi City” 2nd stage intend to implement from 9/2017 to 8/2020 with estimation about 60 millions JPY and supported by JICA.The content of this project including : Operating and fixing sewage treatment plant in the right process, planning to processing mud in drain buildings, activitives to reduce infuence of flood in try out buildings, organizing meetings with particapation of member companies from water enterprise association.
Hanoi city now is faced with waterlogged after raining therefore projects to improve drain buildings is very important. Mr Kobayashi Ryutaro remarks, creative environment administration of Yokohama city has experience in solving these problems. Creative environment administration need to corperate with ralated units to transmit for Hanoi city.In the process of implemation, Hanoi city has to actively participate , cadre of construction bureau have to promote ability to effectively implement this project.
Vice Director of Hanoi Construction Bureau – Mr Vo Nguyen Phong said that successfully implement project “improving efficiency management in buiding drain for Hanoi City” 2nd stage will be the base for more and more projects invested from Janpan for other potential projects of Hanoi City .
