In addition to benefits from the online tax finalization, there remains shortcomings as some tax payers have not provided their bank accounts number accurately when requesting tax refund. As such, this has led to the request no accepted to the system of the tax agencies. On the other hand, in situation when supporting documents attached in large volumes, tax payers have to submit multiple times due to the limitation of the online tax finalization system.

To solve this issue, tax agencies have put up effort in promoting and instructing tax payers, as well as to upgrade the IT system.
