IChO 2014 held in Vietnam

The Prime Minister has recently approved the organization of the 46th International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO) 2014 in the country.

The event is expected to see the participation of student delegations from 80 nations and territories.
 

President of IChO 2014, Dr. Nguyen Vinh Hien, who is Vice Minister of Education and Training said in a welcome message: "We consider the 46th International chemistry Olympiad to be a scientific and human event of paramount importance: Young scientists from different countries, speaking different languages, and having diverse religions, believes and customs get together with a common denominator - their dedication to the study of Chemistry."

The IChO will be held from July 20-29 in Hanoi.
