Among Ha Noi’s 85 destinations, ancient streets have received the highest mark of 4.5/5 and such praises as “a must-come place”, “a wonderful destination to wander and go shopping” and “never tired of walking around the area”.
“The charming Vietnamese capital has aged well, preserving the Old Quarter, monuments and colonial architecture, while making room for modern developments alongside, but it hasn't forgotten its past. Lakes, parks, shady boulevards and more than 600 temples and pagodas add to the appeal of this city”, said the website.
This is the second time Ha Noi has been listed on the most attractive destinations in the world. Readers of the ‘Smart Travel’ magazine selected Ha Noi as one of the most attractive destinations in Asia in September 2013.
