Hanoi streets colored ahead of Reunification Day
The banners and posters depict the 49th anniversary of Reunification Day, the 141st anniversary of International Workers’ Day, and the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.
A few days before Reunification Day [April 30] and Labor Day [May 1], Hanoi’s streets turn red with national flags and banners celebrating the national holidays.
This year’s holiday lasts five days from April 27, giving people time for celebrations and vacations.
