Hanoi launches a photo and video contest on national beautiful landscapes
The Hanoi Culture, Sports and Tourism Department and the Hanoi Cultural Fund recently launched a photo and video contest, themed My Country and I.
All residents in Vietnam could express their love for the country and its people through the contest.
Deputy Director of the Hanoi tourism department Nguyen Khac Loi said the contest will not limit the period for creating the photos and videos. The organisation board will verify the locations and the stories behind the works presented.
Vietnamese citizens as well as foreigners, who live, work and study in the country, are encouraged to share their precious moments and memories through their photos of the beautiful landscapes in every corner of the country.
Contestants can enter up to five works in the online contest from September 15 to October 8, 2015.
The awarding ceremony will be held on October 10 to mark the 61st anniversary of Hanoi Liberation Day.
Entries can be sent to www.hanoidep.vn or the Hanoi Cultural Fund at 77 Hang Bo Street, Hanoi.
