"Hanoi Days in Moscow 2015" programme launched in Russia

"Hanoi Days in Moscow 2015" programme was officially launched at Et Cetera Theatre in Moscow on September 21 under the framework of the signed agreements between the two capital cities to strengthen friendship ties.
"Hanoi Days in Moscow 2015" programme includes a series of activities, such as cultural exchanges between artists from the two cities, exhibitions on Hanoi-Moscow cooperative relations, and trade and investment promotion programmes.
In the framework of the working visit to Russia, on September 21, the Hanoi delegation led by Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Vu Hong Khanh paid a courtesy visit to Saposnikov Sergey Semyonovich, Chairman of the Moscow City Duma.

At the meeting, the two sides informed about the socio-economic situation of the two cities, while discussing on policies of bilateral cooperation development in the future.
During the talks with Moscow Mayor Sobianin, the two sides agreed to prioritize promoting cooperation in the fields of economic development and trade, cultural exchanges, environmental protection, exchange and share experiences on urban building and management.
The two leaders also discussed in detail the construction of "House of Moscow in Hanoi" project and preparations for Vietnam Trade Fair in Moscow this November.
Addressing the opening ceremony of "Hanoi Days in Moscow 2015" programme, Vice Chairman Vu Hong Khanh stressed that Hanoi - Moscow cooperation relationship in recent years has continuously developed in various fields.
The programme is a significant event, as part of activities to mark the 65th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Russia.
The event brought the Vietnam cultural values ​​and Hanoi's image of peaceful city to the Russian people and international friends.
On September 22, the Hanoi - Moscow conference on investment, trade and tourism promotion will be held at the Hanoi - Moscow Cultural and Commerce Center.
The conference makess an opportunity for both cities to meet, exchange and cooperate in fields of trade, import and export of goods and services, as well as promote and advertise widely Vietnam and Hanoi's tourism to international friends.
