Portrait of a little person, feet wearing only size 34 for shoes, with a radiant smile, this is a very different, open and lovely girl. Just wipping sweat on her forehead, Vi just let us know: when I was a child, I liked wushu naturally, unexpectedly I am still stick to this subject until now and never have interest in other subjects.

17 years of sticking with wushu, including 14 years of professional competition, the achievements that Thuy Vi bring to the country's sports always have satisfied the fans. People often call Duong Thuy Vi as "golden girl" because she is very charming and "open" for Gold Medal for Vietnam's team. That started with a resounding victory in 2013: Duong Thuy Vi won the World Wushu Championship gold medal in the content! It was this prestigious gold medal that opened up a series of her successes, from the continental arena (ASIAD) to the SEA Games.
"The pain of competition is probably the common feeling of many athletes, I was just one of them," Vi said. The doctor also told Vi that if she wants to treat the injury, the only way is to stop practicing and leaving for the competition. "But I cannot. I still find ways to be stick with wushu," young girl laughed.
Although there is a few years of athletes' competition, Thuy Vi always tries her best to burn desire for conquering the new glory. What makes people more and more impressive with Thuy Vi is not only in the performance of the resounding but the spirit and the will to overcome the difficulties, trying their best to bring glory to the country. Vietnamese sports need such people.
