Starting her career in the 1990s, La Grande Sophie created “kitchen miousic” which means music activity is little different from any other daily task. This popular and lifelike approach to writing and performing music is one of her distinctive characteristics.
On May 11, 2004, she earned her first Victoire de la musique, the annual French music awards.
She will perform in HCM City on December 11 at the Cargo Bar in District 4. Guest artist Vietnamese singer Le Cat Trong Ly will also be performing at the show in HCM City.
