Focusing on training psychological counseling team

In recent years, the field of psychology has attracted the attention of the whole society, especially after a series of cases: students fight, students with psychological disorders.

According to experts, school counseling and educational institutions are not paid much attention. Head of the post-graduate school, Institute of Education Management, Associate Professor Tran Thi Minh Hang said that the school has no staff for specialized psychological counseling at schools as well as no training. Creation of consultancy activities and lack of funds for support and remuneration for part-time officials doing this work.

In general, there is only a few public non-public schools that pay attention to this activity. Meanwhile, overlooking Asia, in the region and in the world, all these activities are highly valued. Looking further ahead, companies and manufacturing facilities are paying close attention to this activity because it involves perceiving people as psychologically. This will help managers understand the psychology of workers, motivate them to work, create products.

Associate Professor Tran Thi Minh Hang said that this activity needs to be considered properly, because when the society develops, the economy develops, the school not only transfer knowledge to learners, but the transmission only results when learners grasp the characteristics of learners psychology, grasp the evolution of thought and psychology of learners. For children, the time spent at school is relatively high.

Also pointed out, children need psychological help, Associate Professor Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa, Director of the Department of Political Theory, Central Department of Propaganda and Education, said that when children have difficulty and do not solve themselves. They must be exposed outside. Their aggressive, violent, unstoppable expression sometimes cry for help, so that we can understand the anxiety and fear that they are suffering. These manifestations are externally manifested, like high fever, to alert that the body is infiltrated by the bacteria, that the child is unstable, or vice versa, to alarm that they are in difficulty and need help.
