Online shopping day 2014 is set for Friday, December 5.

 

First online shopping day

 

The event was introduced by E-commerce and Information Technology Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vietnam E-Commerce Association in Ho Chi Minh City on September 25.

On the special shopping day, shipping for online purchases is free and a variety of other spectacular promotion programmes are planned.

Information on discounts and participating businesses can be found at two official websites www.onlinefriday.vn and www.ngaymuasamtructuyen.vn.

Vietnam Post Corporation General Director Do Ngoc Binh said he hopes that the event will help businesses gain more opportunities to access customers.
