Exhibits proving Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa, Truong Sa

An exhibition entitled “Vietnam’s sovereignty on the East Sea and over Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagoes “ aims to mark the 69th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2).
Approximately 200 exhibits showing Vietnam’s sovereignty on the East Sea and over Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagoes are introduced at Can Tho Museum on August 26.
The exhibition include a wide range of photos, maps and documents, with the highlight being more than 90 old maps depicting the two archipelagos as part of Vietnam’s territory.
Moreover, 120 sets of photos by Vietnam News Agency photojournalists featuring the culture and socio-economic activities of ethnic groups nationwide are also on display at the event.
Similar exhibitions are also being held across the country on the occasion of National Day.
