Enjoying chicken feet dishes in Hanoi

Chicken feet are processed with many spices and enjoyed in different ways which create various flavors and match every diner’s taste. Dishes made of chicken feet are suitable for nosh and become more popular in Hanoi.
Grilled chicken feet have been long popular to young generation and students in Hanoi. In every afternoon, at Nguyen Thai Hoc street or Ly Van Phuc street, an appealing fragrance of grilled chicken feet will attract you to stop in any street shop and enjoy.


 
The roasted chicken feet with salt is a new dish but is quite popular to Hanoi diners. The new dish has quickly appeared in restaurants, diners and sidewalk drinking restaurants in Hanoi. Crispy, chewy and tasty roasted chicken feet with salt combines with sour and sweet sauce.

Steamed chicken feet with chili and lemongrass are a new dish in this summer and first come at Ta Hien area, Luong Ngoc Quyen street. On hot summer days, the Hanoi young usually gather in this area to enjoy famous dishes including the dish: Steamed chicken feet with chili and lemongrass.

Pickled chicken feet are very delicious dish, easy to eat.
