Discussion analyses Hanoi's past and present

Nha Nam Culture and Communications Company and French cultural institute L`Espace will host a discussion titled "How has Hanoi changed?"
The discussion, on September 9 at 24 Trang Tien street, is aimed at celebrating the 1005th anniversary of the capital this year.
Architect Dr Pho Duc Tung, researcher Tran Quang Duc, and artist Nguyen The Son will share their research and talk about Hanoi now as compared with the city in past decades and centuries.
Nha Nam is set to publish a series of books about Hanoi including Old Hanoi by Doan Ke Thien and Streets of old Hanoi by Hoang Dao Thuy.
