Personnel matters were put on debate in three working days of the CPV’s 13th National Congress.
Sharing their opinions with media on the sidelines of Saturday session, delegates expected that candidates who are selected for the high positions must be qualified and competent enough for the sake of the country in the next five years.
In particular, selected personnel must be those who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to speak, and dare to make decisions for the stronger socio-economic development, defense and security.
The personnel work is carefully and democratically conducted with five steps instead of three as before.
