Building models of electronic school

Under the plan to perform the tasks of information technology (IT) that MOET has issued, in the academic year of 2015-2016, MOET will initially build models of electronic school.
This is a model school with the principal component-based online internet technology with many practical features, good support for the management, administration and organization of teaching and learning in the schools. One important application of e-schools model is to provide online public services serve students and parents as the type of form, list for enrollment, admissions results. Models of electronic school will also provide free informed learning and training point of students via SMS and via the portal, e-book app instead of printing. However, Ministry recommends that the units should not use chargeable messaging system via mobile phone.
 

 
To embark on this model, the Ministry requires educational institutions to plan proactively fostering IT applications matching actual needs. Training content focused on several issues: Applications for teaching and learning (e-learning technology, virtual lab software, exploit the learning resources and skills to exploit Internet, etc.); applications management and the school administration; exploit the open source office software in activities and training on use of open source software NukeViet. Especially, in the recruitment of teachers and managers, need to test their knowledge and skills with minimal IT capabilities required to meet the actual work. IT Department will provide free meeting "virtually", investment in equipment webcams, USB cameras, computers, internet connections for the education offices and educational institutions to develop methods online meetings, training and online training.
