Beautiful countryside seen in 'The Echo of Nature' exhibition

The exhibition of landscape paintings by The Mobile Artist Group entitled “The Echo of Nature” is being held at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum in Hanoi until August 15. Most of the paintings show the beauty of Vietnamese villages and countryside.
The exhibition features 43 artworks by eight artists: Le The Anh, Duy Tung, Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Dang Hiep, Duy Hoa, Le Thuy, Dang Huu and Trinh Lien. This is the result of the artists for two years working together in the project: “Draw with Nature” (2012-2014).
Art critic Natalia Kraevskaia, Director of Natasha Salon, commented: "The Mobile Artists Group embraced the ideas of eternal beauty, artistic sincerity, the immortal charm of nature and its capacity to evoke lofty sentiments in a human heart. Certainly, such an idealistic approach is astonishing and also touching in a time when art critics debate the issue ‘is a picture still alive’ and ponder over the future of landscape painting. The declaration of the members of the Mobile Artists Group about their further plans ‘to develop technique, to enrich feelings and expressions and sharing the common purpose to find the individual ways in art’ in order to achieve perfection in capturing their favorite subject – nature– incited me to follow their creative process for the last two years. The present exhibition is the result of their studies, reflections and experiments.”
