The project was under the supervision of Thang Long Corporation. With a total investment of 148 billion VND (6.6 million USD), it used the remaining capital of Ring Road No.3’s second period with the support of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). It is expected to ease traffic congestion at the Trung Hoa intersection of Cau Giay District.
