5th international book fair to be held in Hanoi from September 10-14
According to the Authority of Publication, Printing and Distribution, under the Ministry of Information and Communication, the fifth international book fair is scheduled to take place in Hanoi from September 10-14.
The fair has been held twice annually since 2013 with the aim to strengthen the joy of reading, boosting book copyright transactions and international cooperation in the field.
The 5th international book fair will be organised in Thong Nhat Park.
The fair’s organising board said the event will feature nearly 200 stalls from more than 100 publishers and distributors in Vietnam and abroad, including the Southeast Asian and Asia-Pacific publishing associations and a Cuban book institute.
An exhibition space will be on display with more than 3,000 publications arranged to illustrate the development and integration process of Vietnam.
The event will also include workshops on different aspects of the book industry.
The 5th international book fair will be organised in Thong Nhat Park.
