Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Overseas Vietnamese Liaison Association Nguyen Lan Trung, who also serves as the head of the organization board, gave the remarks at a press conference held today [July 14].
“The forum would be part of a series of events to mark the 30th anniversary of Vietnam-South Korea diplomatic relations, connecting the Overseas Vietnamese community abroad and promoting business opportunities in Vietnam,” Trung said.
Trung also expected the forum would provide the platform to bring the Vietnamese image, culture, and people to the region and the world.
“Investors can see in first hands Vietnam as a safe and attractive investment destination,” he continued.
Within the forum, there would be business-matching events, and trade and investment facilitation conferences for businesses from two countries.
