IKMC 2019 in Vietnam achieved impressive figures with more than 24,000 candidates and 29 exam points across the country: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Da Nang, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City, among others.

According to the organizer, the exam was for students in grades from 1 to 8 nationwide with four levels. The competition is given in a test format in English, compiled by the Kangaroo International Maths Association.
