17 countries participate in Analytica Vietnam 2017 exhibition in Hanoi

The fifth International Trade Fair for Laboratory Technology, Analysis, Biotechnology and Diagnostics (Analytica Vietnam 2017) opened in Hanoi on March 29. ​

The exhibition was jointly organised by the National Agency for Science and Technology Information (NASATI) under the Ministry of Science and Technology and Germany’s IMAG fairs organisation.
Analytica Vietnam 2017 attracts the participation of 120 companies from 17 countries and territories, including Germany, France, the UK, Japan, the US, Italy, the Republic of Korea, and Singapore.
A new point of Analytica Vietnam 2017 is the establishment of a multinational pavilion of Germany, China and Singapore.
The fair introduces equipment and services in the fields of technology analysis, measurement, examination and management technologies, lab and bio-technology.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Tran Viet Thanh said the event allows scientific and technological organizations, businesses and hospitals, as well as analysis, testing and diagnose service facilities to gain access to the latest global technologies and equipment, while expanding cooperation, reforming technologies, and developing business production.

Analytica is one of the activities to promote the development of the hi-tech market and help local organizations and individuals directly access foreign suppliers of modern equipment to avoid risks in commercial transactions and technology transfer, the deputy minister noted.
According to the organising board, Analytica Vietnam 2017 sees strong growth in both quality and quantity of participating stands, which indicates the local development potential in this field.
All participating countries pin hope in the development of Vietnam in the future, Thematic workshops on environmental analysis were held after the opening ceremony.
Analytica Vietnam 2017 is introducing equipment and services relating to quality analysis, measurement, examination and management technologies, and lab and bio-technology from  over 100 domestic and foreign exhibitors.
The previous event drew 95 exhibitors from 15 countries and over 3,500 visitors.
The exhibition runs through March 31.
