The Deputy Minister wished Vietnamese students in South Korea to promote the spirit of learning of the nation, gaining good results in their studies, seriously obeying regulations of their universities and the law of South Korea, building a united, dynamic and creative Vietnamese student community in South Korea.
Vietnamese Ambassador to South Korea Nguyen Vu Tu praised the efforts and achievements of Vietnamese students in South Korea and believed that they would become good intellectuals in both theory and practice, making great contributions to the cause of construction and protection of the country, as a bridge to help connect and further develop the relationship between Vietnam and South Korea.
From about 2,500 students in 2006, the Vietnamese student community in South Korea now has about 15,000 people and is expected to increase rapidly in the future.
