“Cuoc Doi cua Yen” (Yen’s Life) directed by Dinh Tuan Vu will be screened during the fifth ASEAN film festival in the Prague, the Czech Republic, according to the information of the Organisation Board announced during a recent press conference.
The fifth ASEAN film festival in the Prague that will take place from September 13-17 in Lucerna Cinema, is sponsored by the Czech Republic's Barrandov film studio and Vietnam Airlines.

Thai Ambassador to the Czech Republic Narong Sasitorn, who is also President of the ASEAN Committee in Prague, said cultural diplomacy is among important programmes being implemented by the committee and ambassadors from the region’s member countries, aiming to help the host country gain thorough understanding of ASEAN’s diverse cultures and strengthen people-to-people contacts.
The committee, which comprises Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, is considering to invite other countries to attend the event to increase its diversity, Narong Sasitorn said.
