Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh on Wednesday hosted a reception for Mayor of Busan city Hur Nam-sik who is on a working visit to Viet Nam.
Mr. Hur Nam-sik revealed that Busan and HCM City will mark the 20th anniversary of twin cities' relationship.
The Korean guest also briefed the host leader about his recent meeting with Chairman of Ha Noi People's Committee Nguyen The Thao in which the two sides talked about specific measures for further cooperation.
The guest leader said he hoped that the Vietnamese Government would support investment activities of Korean enterprises in Viet Nam and promised to support the Vietnamese commodity in the Republic of Korea (RoK).
For his part, Deputy PM Pham Binh Minh said that the RoK was the largest investor in Viet Nam in 2013.
The Vietnamese Government, said Mr. Minh always creates favorable conditions for foreign investors to do long-term profitable business in Viet Nam.
He also highly spoke of the Busan bank for granting ten scholarships per year for overseas Vietnamese in favor of human resource development.
