Vietnam International Fashion Week kicks off

The event drew a number of participations of fashion lovers throughout the world with a view to sharing the same passion for fashion, creativity and connectivity.
A special, chic and cozy party was held by Vietnam International Fashion Week (VIFW) on December 1 to welcome all fashion lovers all over the world to share the same passion for fashion.
 
 
 
The party is also considered as the first event of the International Fashion Weeks in Vietnam which has currently been a focus of media and fashion lovers both nationwide and worldwide. 
Addressing at the event, the Chairman of Vietnam International Fashion Week Quynh Trang said that a few years ago, she had an opportunity to attend Fashion Weeks in France and the US along with models of Vietnam's Next Top Model.
She said: “At that time, I just had a dream and a desire to organize such a professional fashion week in Vietnam to boost the development of country's fashion. Now, my dream comes true. I feel very happy, and I am proud of crew’s achievements and efforts of Vietnam International Fashion Week.”
To organize a professional fashion week under standards of an international fashion weeks, few people know that Quynh Trang and Multimedia company had faced many difficulties such as models, designers, standard sites to organize a fashion show, and financial problems.
Ms. Quynh Trang also said: “Difficulties and expensive costs are what she and the company had anticipated, but being a pioneer, she is willing to accept these things to bring great achievements for the fashion industry of Vietnam.”
17 shows, over 100 professional models, the leading experts in the field of national and international fashions of Vietnam International Fashion Week, and talented designers from France, Italy, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Mongolia and designers from Vietnam such as Nguyen Cong Tri, Hoang Hai, Adrian Anh Tuan, Le Thanh Hoa, Li Lam, Hoang Minh Ha, Ly Giam Tien promise to satisfy local fashionistas.
Moreover, the event also attracted the attention of a lot of big-name artists, the fashion bloggers, and fashionistas. 
This event will bring festive season of fashion in a true sense for the first time in Vietnam.
