Vietnam Concert by Maius Philharmonic Orchestra
Chi Le 14:04, 2017/11/28
Maius Philharmonic hopes to bring the quintessence of Vietnam into music.
The “Viet Nam” album is the idea of musician Luu Quang Minh from the very beginning of the orchestra and also a dream of many young artists hoping to bring chamber music closer to the public. In this concert, Maius Philharmonic brings together the folk sounds of Vietnamese traditional instruments and Western ones to create a new wind, inspiring audience in the country and introducing them to the world.
The works are inspired by the distinct beauty of each and every region of Vietnam. Maius wishes that the audience can feel the nature, the people of Vietnam through the music played by the young artists.
This is a milestone for the orchestra after being officially renamed as Maius Philharmonic and having the professional consultancy by musician Quoc Trung and the support from Lucky Ducks – within the framework of Monsoon Music Festival – to make this project a reality.
Monsoon Music Festival 2017 by Tuborg will surely be a not-to-be-missed festival this autumn: days filled with music from talented artists from all over the world, lying on the grass, having a beer and share these relaxing moments with family and friends, discovering new artists and new music trends…
Vietnam Concert by Maius Philharmonic Orchestra will be held on  29 Nov 2017, 8 pm at Vietnam National Academy of Music.
