The Vietnam Art Photo Contest and Exhibition 2024, held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, is now looking for the best photographic works across the country.

According to Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong, the contest is held every two years to find the most beautiful photos of Vietnamese themes to introduce to the domestic and international public.
The photo contest is open to professional and non-professional photographers who are Vietnamese citizens, including those living or working abroad, aged 18 years or older.
From May 2 to July 15, 2024, a participant could submit a maximum of eight individual photo works and three sets of photos with explanations on the website www.anhnghethuatvietnam2024.vn.
Photo entries must not have been exhibited or awarded in any national or international competition organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.

Photos must be taken between August 2022 and June 2024 and will be divided into two categories: realistic and conceptual.
Realistic photos must be created using traditional photographic techniques. Photos that have been edited or created using artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms will not be accepted.
The photo entries must reflect life, people, culture, landscape, nature, nation building, the fight against natural disasters and pandemics, thoughts, opinions, and ideas about life toward the values of truth, goodness, and beauty.
Individual photographs in the competition must not overlap with set photographs.
The Organizing Committee will award 32 prizes, including three gold medals, six silver medals, eight bronze medals, and 15 consolation prizes.
