Vietnam Airlines to open Culture Space to celebrate Tet with Hanoi
National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines joined hands with Jetstar Pacific for the first time to introduce a Culture Space to Hanoi residents, called “Vietnam Airlines–Spring Take-off,” which is scheduled to take place from January 27-28 at Ly Thai To Flower Garden, Hanoi.

The Cultural Space is one event in the series of co-operation activities between Vietnam Airlines and the Hanoi People's Committee and will become an annual event held every two months.
With the theme “Vietnam Airlines–Spring Take-off” will bring a taste of the Tet—Lunar New Year Festival—in the old days, proffering a traditional festive atmosphere via cultural activities that deeply portray Vietnamese cultural identity—a relaxing haven in the hustle-bustle of modern life in the capital.
The event will host a series of exciting activities, such as folk music shows, folk games, ancient scholar’s calligraphy, and other distinctive activities introduced by Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific, such as a glimpse in flight attendants’ lives, career counseling, plane ticket sales, as well as a lottery with attractive gifts from the two firms.
Accordingly, customers participating in the event will have the opportunity to buy tickets at a 25% discount at the Vietnam Airlines booth and promotional tickets at VND11,000 (US$0,4) for Jetstar Pacific domestic flights during the event.
To elevate their domestic and regional prestige, Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific always strive to understand customers and partner up with the local community to create sustainable values.
The Cultural Space event “Vietnam Airlines–Spring Take-off” once again affirms the mission of Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific to not only develop continuously, but also to preserve and promote Vietnam’s rich culture.
