The Capital to set up four industrial clusters in Hoai Duc District
The Hanoi People’s Committee promulgated Decisions No.4754/QD-UBND, No.4755/QD-UBND, No.4756/QD-UBND and No.4757/QD-UBND on July 20, establishing Truong An, Di Trach, Lai Yen and La Phu Industrial Clusters in Hoai Duc District.
Under the plan, invested by the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Hoai Duc District, Truong An Industrial Cluster will cover 10.58 hectares in An Khanh Commune. The cluster focuses on industrial development (agro, forestry and fishery product processing, packaging, animal feed, veterinary medicine, medical equipment, mechanics, textiles, etc).
With the same investor, Di Trach Industrial Cluster will cover 9,99 hectares in Di Trach Commune. The cluster will concentrate on developing industry (forestry and fishery product processing, confectionery, mechanics, textiles, etc).
Meanwhile, Lai Yen Industrial Cluster will cover 27.2 hectares in Lai Yen Commune. The cluster aims at developing the industry (agro, forestry and fishery product processing, packaging, textiles, mechanics, etc). Similarly, covering 11.49 hectares in La Phu Commune, La Phu Industrial Cluster will focus on developing industry and handicraft (forestry and fishery product processing, trading and textiles, etc).
The Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Hoai Duc District is responsible for implementing regulations of the law on managing industrial clusters. Meanwhile, the People’s Committee of Hoai Duc District will be in charge of performing the state management of the cluster as stipulated by the State’s current regulations on managing industrial clusters. In addition, the Department of Industry and Trade will advise the Municipal People’s Committee to carry out the state management of the industrial clusters as stipulated by the current laws in the area.
