The two ships with more than 600 officers and sailors are scheduled to arrive at Tien Sa port on September 7 to begin a two-day visit with lots of activities and refueling, VnExpress reported.

The South Korean crew will be welcomed by representatives from the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense, Command of Vietnam’s Naval Region 3, and Da Nang city.

As planned, representatives from the South Korean Embassy in Vietnam and the South Korean community in Da Nang will visit the destroyer.

Naval officers from both countries will also discuss and share information on ships maintenance and preservation, together with art performance.
