SEA Games 31 closing ceremony: the warmest and dearest farewell from Vietnam
A safe and impressive tournament gathers more than 10,000 athletes, referees, and officials from Southeast Asia.
SEA Games 31 officially came to a close at the My Dinh Indoor Athletics Arena in Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi on May 23.
Participants in the ceremony are Vietnam's Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, Hanoi Mayor Chu Ngoc Anh and the Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia, H.E Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh, among others.
