The first two maiden flights carried provincial leaders and 10 journalists from Dong Hoi City on a one hour tour of Quang Binh attractions were successfully conducted.

A flight for 22 passengers costs US$3,400, or nearly US$150 per person on average.

Earlier, the company made fact-finding tours of places which helicopters can land on.

Quang Binh boasts more than 300 caves, including renowned Thien Duong, Phong Nha, and Son Doong.
