Over two million students in Hanoi start new academic year

Implementing the Ministry of Education and Training’s policy, the new school year ceremony in Hanoi city`s schools was organized briefly and solemnly.
Over two million students in Hanoi were excited to attend the new academic year ceremony of 2019 - 2020 in 30 districts and towns of the capital city, local media reported.

Activities in the ceremony included flag raising, singing the national anthem, introducing delegates, announcing the start of the new school year and hitting the drums for the new school year.

Besides, the schools organized cultural activities, sports and fun games so that the new school day really begins a school year with spiritual and inspirational emotions.

Implementing the Ministry of Education and Training’s policy, the new school year ceremony in Hanoi city's schools was organized briefly and solemnly.

In the academic year of 2019-2020, Hanoi city’s education sector continues to perform nine tasks and five main solutions to improve education quality, implement strict discipline and democracy in schools, building a safe, healthy and friendly educational environment.
