Over 28 foreign diplomats to participate in a tour of Son Doong Cave

According to the announcement of the organizing board said at a meeting in Quang Binh province on December 11, more than 28 foreign diplomats from North America, Europe, Latin America and Africa will attend a tour of Son Doong Cave.
The tour of Son Doong Cave is organized by the Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee.

The event is sponsored by the Secretariat of the Vietnam National Commission for UNESCO, Oxalis Adventure Tours, and US Embassy The tour will be scheduled at a later date for early 2016.
The organizing board also announced the diplomats participating the tour will prepare for the event by undergoing a rigorous training course to improve their physical fitness and caving skills.
