Many foreign enterprises to attend Vietnam Medi-Pharm 2019

The Vietnam Medi-Pharm has enhanced trade promotion among countries as well as created opportunities for participants to introduce their products, promote experience exchange, expand market and boost connection and technology transfer.
The Vietnam International Medical and Pharmaceutical Exhibition (Vietnam Medi-Pharm 2019) will attract 450 corporations and businesses from Vietnam and other over 30 countries and territories such as Belgium, China, the Czech Republic, Germany, India, Japan, Poland, South Korea, the US, and Thailand.

Covering an area of 9,500m2 and with 550 booths, the Vietnam Medi-Pharm will return to Hanoi in its 26th edition from May 8-11.

Pharmaceutical products, food supplements, pharmaceutical processing, manufacturing and packaging equipment, lab equipment and healthcare services will be on display.

Besides, the exhibition will feature thematic exhibitions including the International Exhibition of Supporting Devices and Health Care Techniques (REHATEX VIETNAM), Exhibition of Vietnam International Hospitals (VIETNAM HOSPITAL), International Exhibition specialized in Vietnamese Stomatology (VIETNAM DENTAL).

Head of the Ministry of Health’s Department of Communications and Emulation Nguyen Dinh Anh said the novelty of Vietnam Medi-Pharm 2019 is the focus on high-quality healthcare services.

The highlight is the display area of ​​the Ministry of Health with the theme of "Vietnam Health", introducing Vietnam’s guidelines, policies and laws on healthcare, as well as achievements and key tasks of Vietnam's healthcare sector in 2019, Dinh Anh added.

He stressed that the Vietnam Medi-Pharm has enhanced trade promotion among countries as well as created opportunities for participants to introduce their products, promote experience exchange, expand market and boost connection and technology transfer.

According to the organizing board, various events will be held within the framework of the exhibition, including a national scientific conference on preventive medicine, a workshop on immunotherapy and stem cells for cancer and diabetes treatment, and a program to respond to world hypertension day.

In particular, a preventive medical exhibition with the theme of "Joining hands for public health" and a workshop on recommended vaccines for all ages in Vietnam will take place on this occasion.
