The contest aims to find works that convey creative and meaningful messages. These works will help diversify the communication and implementation of the Code of Conduct in public places.
According to the plan, the contest will accept paintings created by traditional methods or using technology.
Entries must focus on reflecting on life, people, culture, and landscape which are related to the contents of the Code of Conduct in public places; highlighting the fine traditional cultural values of Vietnam and Hanoi, the “City for Peace”, as well as the meaning and role of making Hanoians more elegant and civilized in the development of the capital city and the country.
Entries must be sent to the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports from September 1 to October 31 according to the postmark. From November 1 to December 15, the Organizing Committee will evaluate, award the winners and organize the exhibition of the winning works.
