Craft Village Festival to be launched in Hanoi

More than 366 businesses and establishments involving traditional handicraft and fine art items are showcasing their products at four-day 2014 Hanoi Traditional Craft Village Festival.
The festival will be held at the Quan Ngua Sports Palace on October 9.
The organising board has announced over fifteen pavilions will showcase food items from the Republic of Korea (RoK) and tourist products from Malaysia, and ceramics, rattan, embroidery items, textiles and folk paintings from Vietnam.
Artists and artisans will stage a series of entertaining art and martial art performances along with folk games for all to enjoy.
The event aims to honour outstanding craft villages as well as attract domestic and international tourists.
