The Cat Linh-Ha Dong elevated railway from Dong Da District's Cat Linh Street to Ha Dong District's Yen Nghia bus station is one of several metro lines planned for Hanoi.
The project started in 2011 and was supposed to go into operation in December 2016. However, construction delays have pushed back the expected completion date to 2018.
The train has been put at Van Khe station – one of 12 stations in line. Cover canvas off the train, reveals almost all the furniture, including 4 tractors of total 90m in length, in which 2 longer ones lie in the middle of the train body. Its color remain in green as model displayed at Giang Vo Exhibition Center (October-November/2015).

The railway is capable of operating 13 trains with carrier frequency of every two minutes with a maximum speed of 80 kilometres per hour.

Inferior details look from outside the glass window. According to Railway project Management Board, the train was supplied with extra 3 pull handles at vertical aisle. Priority seat number (in orange) was boosted up by 1-2 seat at each long bench.
