Red color covers Hanoi Old Quarter street ahead of Tet holiday
Hang Ma street keeps attracting visitors to shop and snap memorable photos on days before the Year of Buffalo.

Shops on Hang Ma street of Hanoi’s Old Quarter are dressed in red with diverse decorations, which attracted an influx of locals and visitors one week before the Lunar New Year. 

 Hang Ma street is bustling ahead of the Lunar New Year.
 On Hang Ma street, visitors can see many red decorations such as parallel sentences, envelopes, pictures, lanterns, plastic flower branches and other items for Tet.
Traditional Vietnamese decorations like Chung cake and parallel sentences are of the most sought-after items in this largest festival of the year. 
 Lantern, gold bag strings are priced from VND15,000 to VND18,000. Some shops sell blessing strings with prices of VND200,000-VND500,000.
 Local people are shopping on Hang Ma street for Tet holidays.
 This year, the Vietnamese handcraft products dominate the Tet decoration market. Prices of the decorations significantly dropped against the previous year due to Covid-19.
