Concert “Solo Journey” by Pho An My and Dang Tue Nguyen
Premiere of a new creative cycle by Vietnamese pianist Pho An My & musician Dang Tue Nguyen.
After 12 years of contemplating the traditional music with a composing and performing method that Pho An My and Dang Tue Nguyen called “Doi thoai” (“Dialogue”), in 2017, Pho An My and Dang Tue Nguyen continue to explore and transform to a new creative cycle. This new composing method could be called folk “Doc thoai” (Monologue) performed in a contemporary orchestral music. The first concert of the “Monologue” cycle will premiere with the name of “DOC HANH” (Solo Journey). DOC HANH (Solo Journey)
