Some of the notable schemes include the ELICIAE MV20 ventilator production project by Tran Ngoc Phuc, president of Japan-based Metran Company and the RT-PCR biological kit for detection of SAR-CoV-2 by Associate Professor Ho Anh Son from the Military Medical University.

Besides, the ELISA bio-product which detects antibodies of SAR-CoV-2 by the National Institute of Vaccines and Medical Biologicals was also featured.

These projects have all claimed top prizes at both national and international science, technology, and innovation competitions over the past two years, all of which are highly feasible and could be applied widely in the future.

The 75 entries complied in the book are outstanding scientific and technological innovative projects and solutions carried out by professors, business owners, workers, farmers, and students.

Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations Nghiem Vu Khai highly valued the selected projects.

These are the country's scientific and technological quintessence, Khai said, adding that it is necessary to keep promoting the application and replication of the models.

The works recognized and honored in the Vietnam Yellow Book of Innovation cover many prioritized development fields, including automation engineering, high-tech agriculture, biotechnology, information technology, healthcare, education, energy, climate change response, national defense and security.
